Delivery is made within Germany and to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, Poland Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.

Information on Delivery

1) Delivery Times

Unless otherwise stated on the respective product detail page, delivery times are as follows for deliveries to:

• Germany, Austria, Belgium, Finland, France, Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark, Poland, Italy, Spain, Ireland, United Kingdom, Iceland, Switzerland: 3–5 working days

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you.
In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

2) Information on the Calculation of the Delivery Date

The delivery period begins on the day after the contract is concluded and ends at the end of the last day of the period.
If the last day of the period falls on a Sunday or a public holiday officially recognized at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take its place.

1) Credit Card

Pay conveniently by credit card. The following cards are accepted: VISA, Mastercard, Amex, UnionPay.

2) PayPal

Just a few steps to payment:

1. Select “PayPal” as your payment method at checkout.

2. To process the payment, you will be redirected to the PayPal website.

3. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your PayPal credentials and authorize the payment.
   If you do not yet have a PayPal account, you can create one and then confirm the payment.

4. You will then be redirected back to our website.

3) Klarna Invoice

In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the payment method “Purchase on Invoice”. Payment is made to Klarna.

The payment term is 30 days from dispatch of the goods.

The use of the “Purchase on Invoice” payment method requires a positive credit assessment.
Accordingly, as part of initiating and processing the purchase contract, we pass on your data to Klarna for the purpose of address and credit checks. Please understand that we can only offer you those payment methods that are permitted based on the results of the credit check.
