Currently we do not support shipping to PO Box
Our orders are shipped from our distribution center in Germany. Shipments generally take from 2–3 business days (based on non-holiday periods).
Once your order ships, the ship date, delivery method, and tracking details will be provided in your shipment confirmation email. You may receive additional notifications if items are shipped from multiple locations. You can also track your shipment in the ‘Account’ section or opt-in for text notifications.
Unfortunately, we do not offer this option. You will need to place separate orders if you wish to use different shipping methods.
Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Klarna, PayPal, and Apple Pay. You will need an account with these services to check out.
Your credit card is charged at the time your order is placed so that shipment can be processed.

We try to fulfill orders as soon as possible, typically the same day. Therefore, changes are not usually possible after placing an order. However, if there’s an issue, please contact us.

Products
For best quality, refrigerate unfinished tea after opening and consume within 24 hours.
It’s best to consume all loose leaf tea within 6 months. Store in air-tight containers away from light.
Wholesale
Yes, we offer wholesale for authorized business accounts. Approval is based on submission of a Credit Application and Resale Certificate. Submit your inquiry here.
