Use of Reviews.io in Our Online Shop

In our online shop, we use features and content from the service Reviews.io, particularly for collecting and displaying product reviews. If you place an order with us, you will receive an email after your goods have been delivered, inviting you to rate the products you received.

Notice on the Authenticity of Reviews

Our review function is publicly accessible in the online shop. We verify reviews before publishing them as follows: each product review is individually checked to determine whether it was submitted by a consumer who actually purchased the goods from us. Reviews are not published until 24 hours after submission. Customers write their comments in their own words.

Reviews Marked as “Verified”

Reviews.io sends review invitations via email after a specified period following the dispatch of an order. If Reviews.io is able to automatically match a review to an order in our Shopify system, it displays the “Verified” label. We are not able to manually assign this label.

Reviews Without the “Verified” Label

Reviews without the “Verified” label typically come from customers who ordered through our external crowdfunding campaigns and cannot be automatically matched by Reviews.io. The authenticity of these reviews is manually verified by comparing the email addresses used during the order and later in the review.

Rating Calculation

The ratings are based on a 5-star system:

• 5 stars (very good)

• 4 stars (good)

• 3 stars (satisfactory)

• 2 stars (sufficient)

• 1 star (poor)

The average rating is calculated from the total of all submitted reviews
