Ingredients
- 1 glass plant-based milk
- 2 teaspoons matcha
- Cherry blossom syrup
- Cherry petals (optional)
Preparation
- Sift matcha powder and whisk with hot water until frothy.
- Fill a large glass with plant-based milk and cherry blossom syrup, then mix gently.
- Add the matcha to the milk and syrup mixture. Add ice cubes.
- (Optional) Garnish with whipped cream and cherry petals.
