Ingredients
- 4 ½ sticks ITO EN Matcha Green Tea powder
- 3 tablespoons boiling water
- 5g powdered gelatin
- 2 egg yolks
- 200ml milk
- 150ml fresh cream
- Fresh strawberries for decoration
Preparation
- Dissolve and blend the matcha powder in boiling water. Add the powdered gelatin and let it soak. Set aside.
- Beat the egg yolks in a pot and stir in the milk. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until creamy and bubbles disappear. Remove from heat.
- Add the matcha and gelatin mixture to the pot and mix well. Strain into a bowl.
- Cool over ice water, stirring occasionally until thickened.
- Add the fresh cream and mix until incorporated.
- Refrigerate before serving and decorate with fresh strawberries.
