Ingredients
- 60g butter (softened)
- 60g SWEET MATCHA
- 1 egg
- 100g cake flour
- 7–8g baking powder
- 50cl milk
Preparation
- Bring butter and egg to room temperature. Preheat oven to 170°C (340°F).
- Cream butter until smooth.
- Add SWEET MATCHA and mix well.
- Add beaten egg and milk until combined.
- Sift in flour and baking powder. Mix gently with a spatula until powder disappears. Do not overmix.
- Fill molds and bake 18–23 minutes.
