Ingredients

  • 60g butter (softened)
  • 60g SWEET MATCHA
  • 1 egg
  • 100g cake flour
  • 7–8g baking powder
  • 50cl milk

Preparation

  1. Bring butter and egg to room temperature. Preheat oven to 170°C (340°F).
  2. Cream butter until smooth.
  3. Add SWEET MATCHA and mix well.
  4. Add beaten egg and milk until combined.
  5. Sift in flour and baking powder. Mix gently with a spatula until powder disappears. Do not overmix.
  6. Fill molds and bake 18–23 minutes.
