Ingredients
- 25g white chocolate
- 50g unsalted, room temperature butter
- 35g powdered sugar
- 10ml milk
- 90g flour
- 8g matcha powder
Preparation
- Melt the white chocolate in a hot water bath, let it cool down a little (At higher temperatures the butter will melt).
- Mix the butter until it becomes smooth.
- Give the powdered sugar, white chocolate, milk and mix.
- Sieve in the flour and Matcha and start kneading your dough. If it won’t come together, you can add extra milk little by little.
- Form the dough into 3-4 cm log shape, wrap in waxed paper and let them rest in the freezer for at least 30 minutes.
- Take out the dough carefully and cut them into ca. 5mm slices.
- Lay the slices out onto a baking sheet and bake for 12 minutes at 170°C.
