Ingredienti
- 230g flour
- 100g butter
- 80g sugar
- 1 egg
- 10 - 12g matcha powder (for 1/3 of the dough)
- 10 - 12g cocoa powder (for 1/3 of the dough)
Preparazione
- Preheat the oven to 170°
- In a bowl, pour the sugar into the room-temperature butter and mix well.
- Add in the egg and mix again.
- Sieve in the flour and knead the dough.
- Seperate the dough into three equal parts.
- Leave one part plain, mix the matcha into the second part and cocoa powder into the third.
- Roll the dough out to roughly 3 - 5mm in height and use your favourite cookie cutters to cut the dough into shape
- Spread the cookies out on the baking sheet and bake in the oven for about 10 - 12 minutes
